Every Child Can Learn

Fostering music education and appreciation through the Suzuki Method since 1978

Welcome to Our Association

The Suzuki Association of Pittsburgh is a non-profit association of parents, teachers, and students that fosters music education and appreciation of the fine arts. Our teaching is based in the Suzuki approach as reflected in the repertoire, pedagogy and philosophy of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki of Japan.

Originally named Talent Education of Greater Pittsburgh, we were founded in 1978. We sponsor concerts, recitals, workshops and publications to develop natural potential to learn and appreciate music by beginning education at the earliest possible age for children.
