This year we are offering a day camp for Suzuki students of all levels that welcomes students of cello, flute, guitar, piano, viola, and violin. We will not offer Teacher Training Classes this year.
Offerings for students include master classes with excellent teachers, group classes with students of the same instrument and level, music games classes for students in Suzuki books 1 and 2, and technique classes for those in Book 3 and beyond. Everyone will also have Dalcroze Eurhythmics class, visual art, and hip hop dance class to round out the day.
Parents are encouraged to attend with their children but if they are not able to do so, teen-age counselors who are themselves advanced music students will supervise the campers. The hours for the camp are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm with the final concert ending at 5:00pm on Friday.
The cost for the camp is $350.
