Each year Ken Trautman arranges a special group attendance to the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
Saturday, May 9th at 7:30 is the date for this year’s opportunity.
Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with an evening with the family, listening to the extraordinary sounds of the orchestra while watching portions of the films “Fantasia” and “Fantasia 2000”!
We will hear such classical highlights as the 1st Movement of Beethoven’s
Fifth Symphony, five dances from Tchaikovsky’s Ballet of the Nutcracker,
Debussy’s Clair de Lune, Elgar’s Pomp and Circumstance March, the finale
from Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite, and more.
Of course we’ll get to see Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer’s Apprentice, and those talented dancing hippos!
The tickets are in the family circle and cost $20.00 each, a more than 50 %
savings.
Please let me know by April 15th how many tickets you would like. Anyone
is invited to attend!
You will make your payment directly to me.
I hope you’ll be able to take advantage of this opportunity!
